No conveyor is more economical or maintenance free than GMH’s Zone Controlled Gravity roller conveyor. With gravitational pull causing product movement, and pneumatic components providing control, this is the most efficient and reliable decline accumulation conveyor available. It eliminates expensive decline belt conveyors while still providing controlled accumulation. Gravity conveyor is easy to install and without motors is much less expensive and much quieter than powered equipment.
GMH’s Zone Controlled Gravity conveyor can provide either minimum-pressure accumulation for stable products or non-contact accumulation for delicate products. As products accumulate behind the brake zones, they contact a mechanical or electronic sensor, activating the next upstream brake zone. This minimises build-up of back pressure on the products. Some applications may require non-contact zero-pressure accumulation with a brake zone and sensor for every product.
